Welcome to FeelTech Solution. By accessing our website, contracting our development services, or utilizing our software products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

FeelTech Solution provides technology services including custom website development, SaaS software architecture, mobile app engineering, API integration, cloud hosting management, and post-launch maintenance. Specific deliverables, project milestones, and commercial terms are detailed in mutually agreed project proposals.

2. Free Hosting & Maintenance Package

Unless otherwise specified in writing, our business website packages include:

• 1 Year Free Managed Hosting: Includes cloud server provisioning, SSL certificate installation, daily backups, and DNS configuration.
• 6 Months Free Maintenance: Covers bug fixes, core framework updates, security monitoring, and minor content updates (up to 2 per month).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment for custom development services, full intellectual property rights and source code ownership of bespoke deliverables are transferred to the client. FeelTech Solution retains the right to display the completed work in its public portfolio unless restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

4. Payment & Milestone Terms

Projects typically proceed under structured milestone schedules (e.g., initial advance deposit upon kickoff, progress payments upon design approval, and final settlement upon deployment). All payments are made via verified bank transfers or digital payment gateways.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
